Yoga for Peace of Mind.

This mindful flow yoga class will take us on journey through a practice that aims to enhance our physical and mental wellbeing by focussing on the breath, movement, stretching and balance.  All abilities are most welcome. 

Meditation and Relaxation. 

Sunday 17:00 – 18:00. 

A quiet hour to ease your way into the evening as we slow down to truly connect with ourselves.  This class is for anyone who wants to explore the benefits and experience of turning our attention inwards towards our hearts and intuition and cultivating stillness in an increasingly changing world.  The first half of the session is meditation and the second is a guided relaxation.  All levels are most welcome.
